Brenza Hotel - Kobe

Spacious twin room with good luggage management. Conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the train station with a Lawson store nearby for snacks.

Lack of a lobby area, and there was minimal information available about local facilities like supermarkets or pharmacies.

the room was a nice size and beautiful with balcony and it had wake-up service, that's cool. the location was peaceful, about 10-minute walk into town. there was a good restaurant, a mall and a market next door.

I stayed for 5 days with my family, and the king-size room was quite spacious, allowing us ample room for our luggage. The hotel's location, just a 3-5 minute walk from Sannomiya station, made traveling around the city easy. And a 24/7 Lawson store just around the corner for late-night snacks was convenient!

The place was immaculately clean with an extremely helpful and very friendly staff with great service.

Great location and spacious rooms

I spent three nights in a standard twin room, and I loved how spacious it was compared to other hotels I've stayed in Japan. The location was perfect-only a short 3-minute walk to Sannomiya station. There was a Lawson store just around the corner, super convenient for snacks and essentials.

The staff were friendly, going out of their way to assist with my inquiries and recommendations for local dining. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a super comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep.

I found my room to be dark and uncomfortably small. Coupled with a bed that wasn't as comfortable as I expected, it left me feeling quite disheartened about my overall experience.

I had a wonderful time staying in a spacious twin room where I could easily spread out my luggage and enjoy a quiet evening. The hotel offered great relaxation options, including a cozy lounge area and an outdoor terrace to unwind.

It was just a good match for a weekend rest in Kobe with excellent value. The staff did a great job helping me find local spots to explore and eat. Make sure to bring some water if you're planning longer outings.

The spacious twin room offered a good amount of comfort with a clean environment and decent space for luggage management. Adequate water pressure in the bathroom was good. Unfortunately, outside noise did seep into the room at times, which could detract from the overall relaxation. The location was ideal for access to eateries and shopping were nice.

Housekeeping was attentive and friendly! Location was superb, just a short stroll from the train station and local eateries. The breakfast was delicious.

The shower's water temperature fluctuated, a bit frustrating.

It was just a great match for a brief visit in Kobe with good value. I appreciated the spacious room which allowed me to easily manage my luggage. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise from the street.
